Our culinary bundles are hand-harvested when only 1/3 of the flowers have opened. The buds are closed and contain the full flavour and aroma. These are bundles of lavender that have been dried - there are approximately 45-60 stems in each bundle. To use in culinary delights, de-bud the lavender buds from the stem. A little goes a long way. Enjoy. The plants are grown without the use of chemicals or pesticides.
