Answer (1 of 3): Sorry, this keeps coming up, and the answer is, sadly the same. You cannot. Rubbing the lens will remove the coating and leave your eyes exposed to UV rays. Also, it will distort the lens and your vision. Either live with it or replace them. Again, sorry.
