The Olive and Oak Pygmy Press. This is the only one with a fully-adjustable hardened carbon-steel blade, capable of trimming a book up to 85mm thick. The only other ploughs that are this good are the old Victorian ones on which this one is modelled; this really is the Rolls Royce of bookbinding ploughs.
