Torah Scroll Fragment The last few remaining Publisher's Proof copies of a Limited Edition of 126 exact copies of one of the oldest extant fragments of a Torah scroll, commissioned by the Khalili Family Trust for Jews' College London, We are just offering the unframed facsimile print. Orders will be fulfilled without the glass and frame. Date and country of origin unknown, it is thought that this fragment originates from the Middle East and was written between the 8th and 12th centuries. Written on leather, it was found in the Cairo Geniza and is now held in the library of Jews' College. Approximate size: 76 x 50 cm (30 x 19.7 inches) Original facsimile edition: The original facsimile was originally supplied float-mounted on acid-free mount board and set in an elegant polished wood frame in dark oak with a discreet gold insert on the inner edge and included a message from the late Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks and a full description of the manuscript.
