This tape is UV-, oil-, acid-, corrosion-, water-, and alkaline-resistant, making it excellent for long-term use. Its PVC backing provides extra support for the tape. Plus, it is flame-retardant and lead-free for safety. This UL-listed, CSA-approved professional-grade tape has a non-corrosive, rubber-based adhesive which provides the tape with great staying power. With a thickness of 7 mil and a tensile strength of 16 lb. per inch of width, this tape offers durability while still being easy to cut and apply. It has a 24 oz. per inch of width adhesion to stainless steel, elongation of 250%, dielectric breakdown of 9,100V, and a dielectric strength of 1,300 volts per mil.
