- Before applying ShineXPro Rain Repellent, make sure to clean the windshield and other glass surfaces thoroughly with ShineXPro Automotive Glass Cleaner and a microfiber towel. Allow the surface to dry. This will ensure that the solution bonds properly and provides maximum effectiveness.
- Shake the bottle well before using it. This will ensure that the solution is properly mixed, making it ready for application.
- Take a new lint-free microfiber cloth and dip it in water. Squeeze out the excess water and make sure it is damp.
- Spray the product a couple of times directly on to the first damp microfiber cloth.
- Wipe the cloth over the glass surface in an up and down, left and right direction (crosshatch pattern) to ensure the entire surface is evenly covered.
- Allow product to dry to a light haze and buff off with a second dry microfiber towel to a clear, sparkling finish. Rain Repellent's effectiveness can last upto 3 months depending on the weather conditions and usage, but it is recommended to reapply once a month to maintain sufficient hydrophobic barrier.
- Note : Do not apply in direct sunlight or when the glass is hot to the touch.
