Hello Clay Makers, These cutters are made out of PLA and all have a 0.4mm cutting edge for a sharp and clean cut. PLA color may vary from the picture due to availability. CUTTER CARE: These cutters are made from PLA filament which is durable but can be damaged if mistreated. Please be gentle when using your cutters and keep away from high heat. It is normal to find imperfections in your cutter while it is 3D printed, but it will not effect the quality of the cutter. To clean cutters, it can be wash with warm water and soap. Do not put in the dishwasher since these cutters are not dishwasher safe. TO USE: These cutters are small and some have embossing so I recommend using corn starch on them before pressing into the clay or dipping the cutters into a wet sponge before pressing into the clay. This keeps the clay from sticking to the cutters especially mini ones with embossing details. Then gently press into clay, slightly wiggle the cutter and lift to remove. The edges can be smoothed with your fingertips or sanded after baking for a clean look. Working on a tile will also keep the clay from sticking to the cutter.
