Masterson Sta-Wet Palettes Refills - Papers/Sponges

The specially designed palette paper for use with a multi-purpose palette keeps paints moist for days—even weeks! Each sheet works with a sponge to provide the ideal moist surface for mixing paints and mediums. The paper is strong and will not easily tear, even if a palette knife is used. The paints will slowly absorb moisture from the sponge through the paper. No more wasted paint! Masterson's patented process keeps acrylics and other water-based paints moist on the open palette for hours. Once the lid is closed, the paints will stay workable for days, even weeks. A wet sponge and special permeable palette paper provide the paint with a constant source of moisture. Paints will not dry out! Soak the palette in water until it is fully saturated. Saturate the sponge and place it in the tray. Lay the palette paper on top of the sponge, wipe off excess water from the paper, and put your paints on the wet paper. The colours will slowly absorb moisture as needed without changing the consistency or colour value. You can mix colours on damp paper without tearing it.
