The Headcover and the Embroidery Unit cover are two pattern pieces, and the optional sewing mat is also two pattern pieces. Included in this listing are instructions to create two separate covers: (1) Machine Headcover (2) Embroidery Unit cover (3) Instructions for a Sewing Mat. Sewing Level: Basic sewing skills are required. A talented beginner should have no problems constructing these covers. Know that I am available to answer any questions. Supplies Machine Cover & Embroidery Unit Cover - 1 2/3 yards pre-quilted reversible fabric 42" wide (2 yards if adding side pocket for machine cover) - 24" bias tape - 4 yards binding for hemming (optional) Sewing Mat -1 1/4 yard pre-quilted reversible fabric 42" wide. -5 yards binding 3 ½ inches wide -Iron-on adhesive optional -Sewing notions, thread, sewing machine, scissors, misc sewing items. The pattern is for a basic plain cover; no embroidery files are included, nor are there specific instructions for decorating your covers. You choose the embroidery designs, cutting files, and appliques to embellish or quilt your material to create your work of art. These covers provide the perfect surface to express your creative talent. The pattern fits as a cover without an extension table and thread rack. No physical items or physical patterns will be shipped. Your purchase is a digital download of a PDF pattern, with no refunds or exchanges. Once downloaded, you will print out your pattern using letter head-sized paper. An application such as Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view/print the pattern.
