I had to be called to verify address and then the UPS delivery guy thought it was ok to throw my package in my back yard, where I have 3 dogs to pee on it. Plus, ruler was much larger than I needed. I thought the original order was for 1 foot, not 36". Anyway, it arrived, 2 weeks after my Dad's birthday gift. But other than that, it looks ok.
