These Swatch Drops are the ultimate way to organize your embroidery floss stash! Each compact acrylic drop has two openings: a large one for cut lengths of floss and a smaller one for the length that is currently in use. They also feature a swatch area so you can preview how the thread will look stitched up. Because the drops are made of clear acrylic, you can hold them against your fabric to check colors and tones, with the swatched area giving you even more accuracy. The swatch can be especially helpful when working with variegated and overdyed threads. Write the floss color name or number on the smooth acrylic surface using a fine-tip permanent marker.
