Pull about 10-15 times to pre-stretch so that bracelets will not get looser in the future. Bracelets and cord last longer when not exposed to salt water, chemicals for washing hands, chlorine and long periods of sun (sitting on a windowsill.) Order the Hypo-Cement tube as recommended on top of knot for insurance. Instructions for surgeons knot on back of package.
